Nick D. Celino, Chairman

Nick Celino is currently the Managing Director of San Miguel Financial Pty Ltd. He has a wide banking experience having worked with Bank of America Manila, Citibank, Macquarie Bank and Union Bank of Switzerland all in Sydney.

Nick also worked as Credit Manager for the Intercontinental Hotel in Sydney in the early 90’s. Between 1993 to 1996, Nick was part of a market research team which conducted studies in 15 countries about the commercial viability of exporting the official souvenirs for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games partly funded by the Australian Trade Commission through its Export Market Development Grant program.

Mary Anne D. Tolentino, President and CEO

Mary Anne D. Tolentino is a former bank executive from the Bank of the Philippine Islands. She is currently the chairman of the board of the Philippines Internet Commerce Society and President for five terms. She is also a Director of the Direct Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP), Managing Director of Global Creatives and Web Technologies and TLV Outsourced Marketing Inc. She was awarded as one of the most powerful women in IT in 2003 by Senator Ramon Magsaysay.
